Refund Policy

Roots Rising Baby & Tot Group Refund Policy

• Full Payment is due with registration. We accept online payments through our booking system.

• ​All Package, Single Class or additional siblings must registered before the class begins.

• There is a 24 hour cancellation allowance time before any class, if you need to withdrawal your attendance to receive a full refund.​ Cancelling a class with less then 24 hour notice will not receive a refund.

• ​Failure to attend a class or "no shows" will not be granted a refund. 

• Please notify us by e-mail right away if your situation has changed and you need to cancel.

Please also note the following:

•  In the event of natural disaster, PG&E power shutoff, or community crisis requiring the cancellation of our classes, we will make every attempt to offer additional classes, or reasonable alternatives/ change in location.

• We will not offer refunds or credits for classes that are cancelled for reasons beyond our control due to local community shutdowns/quarantines etc.
  
  

We reserve the right to modify or change our offerings and terms of service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any 3rd party for modifications, price change, suspension or discontinuation of service. We cannot offer credits or refunds other than noted above.
