Assessment Tools

Age appropriate assessment tools that are comprehensive to teachers in the field, administrators and families can be overwhelming and time consuming. Our assessment tool was created based on the California standards of age appropriate development for students ages 3-4 years old. Communication with parents and staff members in early childhood education is a cornerstone of supporting the whole child, making it easier to meet individuals where they are. We created this tool to help educators have a easy check list of development with making progress easy to track and communicate to parents in a comprehensive way. Side-by-side semester columns allow parents and educators see growth over time as well as areas where perhaps more support or practice are needed.
